Maple Lift is moving to its own containerized repo.

The old deniskachar.com copy was intentionally removed to avoid two sources of truth.

Docker image target: snkd92/maple-lift

Future Azure / deniskachar.com routing will be planned separately because the free Azure Static Web Apps path does not run containers.
